
Ingredients – (Serves 2)
Bottle Gourd (Cube) 100gm
Onion (Chopped) 1 Tbsp
Garlic (Chopped) 1⁄2 Tsp
Stock Water 1 Cup
Sesame Seeds (Roasted ) 1 Tsp
Butter 1 Tbsp
Sesame oil few drop
Directions
- Sauté garlic & onion in butter till soft.
- Add gourd, boil till it softens with stock water.
- Blend & strain.
- Reboil & add seasoning.
- Garnish with roasted sesame seeds, sesame oil & microgreens.
