It will give you a high – (oye! Not that sort!🙃) of deep flavors and a sense of well-being prevails as it trickles down your throat.
It beats me that this isn’t already on the Traditional Ayurvedic Indian Beverage, because it carries all the पोषण merits. Of the many of कड़ी पत्ता benefits, Anti Stress and Weight Loss ring loudest for me! 🤪 I can definitely do with both !
It’s almost obsolete if I added sugar to sweeten it! And if I add jaggery powder (my unusual sugar replacement), I lose the beautiful green color.
So I use ground Rock Sugar संचार , which is still sugar but unprocessed.
My quick and easy peasy recipe 👇🏼 for a glass of Curry Lemonade:
Ingredients – For 5 🍸 small glasses
- 6 cups of water
- 1 sprig 🌿curry leaves
- 2nos lemon
- 2.5 tbsp powdered rock sugar
- Crushed ice
Add water, juice the lemons, add the de-stemmed curry leaves, sugar, ice and blend. Strain, garnish with a small curry leaf sprig and serve!
