It’s the perfect time of year ☀️ to make this delicious drink! Just remember to take one week of infusing the curry leaf in your rum bottle before donning your mixology gloves!

Naral

Curry leaf infused rum         50ml
Tender coconut puree          50ml
Pineapple juice                     30ml
Sugar syrup                          20ml
Lime juice                             20ml
Ice cubes                              as required

Method:

  • Shake all the ingredients & strain twice 
  • Serve in a terracotta glass for a better flavour.
  • Garnish with curry leaves & freshly crushed black pepper.
