How can we leave wine behind while studying food? They are co-related, they complete each other. I am in love with wine equally as I am with food. It’s a deeply immersive subject and I was fortunate to not only study wines but also pass the fever on to many others in India through my wine school. A great chef knows his/her wines. It’s impossible to complete the circle of gastronomy without balancing the two. Wine is one of the largest growing beverages in India, and I hope we keep our minds and glasses open to tasting wines from all over the world and embrace their complexity 🍷🍷🍷

Without wine, a gastronomic experience is incomplete – but to truly understand and appreciate it, one must learn about it. And the best place to do that, is with us.

Our passion, experience and qualifications work together to ensure you get the most out of our wine training and consultancy – whatever level you’re starting from.

Wine sessions are tailored to suit novices as well as industry professionals like hotels, restaurants and airlines – just tell us what you want to get out of your time with us, and we’ll make sure everything’s covered, and you leave with the knowledge you came for, and more.

All of our training is either delivered personally, or overseen by, our Director, Shagun – she has achieved WSET-Advanced Level 3, is a WSET Approved Tutor, is a member of the Court of Master Sommeliers and studied french wines and cheeses at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
