KOKUM (Indian Mangosteen) Margarita 🔥

Tender Coconut has a distinct ‘coco nutty’ freshness. The water as well as the cream of a tender green coconut are both addictively delicious.
Have you ever tried using tender coconut cream in recipes? This is a Curry Leaf infused Rum cocktail with Tender Coconut Purée and fresh pineapple juice. I call this cocktail NARAL – a local name for coconut.
It’s the perfect time of year to make this delicious drink! Just remember to take one week of infusing the curry leaf in your rum bottle before donning your mixology gloves!

Ingredients

  • Curry leaf infused rum 50ml

  • Tender coconut puree 50ml

  • Pineapple juice 30ml

  • Sugar syrup 20ml

  • Lime juice 20ml

  • Ice cubes as required


Directions-

  1. Shake all the ingredients & strain twice

  2. Serve in a terracotta glass for a better flavour.

  3. Garnish with curry leaves & freshly crushed black pepper.
