Zeppole de San Giuseppe

Zeppole de San Giuseppe is a fried dough dessert made especially for the Festival of St. Joseph, in Sicily. I fell in love with this dessert when I was there many years ago. It’s impossible to forget this flavor. So I decided to give it a shot in my kitchen.

Because I believe in working with locally available ingredients, I replaced the ricotta in the original recipe with our good old home made “Paneer”.

It’s super quick, no fuss dessert and you will see angels singing when you taste it 👼🏼👼🏼👼🏼!

Many of you have asked me for this recipe hence you must have it!
