Bell Pepper Salsa

Here is the simplest, quickest DIP/SALSA recipe. Welcome your guests with this delicious salsa served with a side of crisped local Poee Bread ✨

Ingredients

  • 1 Yellow bell pepper julienned

  • 2 Red bell pepper julienned

  • 1 onions julienned

  • 2 tomato diced

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 2 fresh red chili

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • 3 tbsp Chopped coriander

Directions

1. Sauté peppers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, red chilies in olive oil untill cooked and soft. Add chopped coriander.
2. Blend everything.
3. Take out in bowl & add salt, pepper, & lime juice.
4. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top
Serve with hand-cut fries or crisps.
