Fenugreek & Cottage Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients

Dough​:
Egg yolk – 1
All purpose flour – 2 cups
Water – 1 cup

Stuffing​:
Chopped Fenugreek – 1 bunch
Cottage Cheese – 3 tbsp
Chopped Onion – 1/2 onion
Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp
Butter – 1 tbsp

Directions

Make a dough & keep side for 1 hour. 

Method​ – 
Sauté all ingredients for stuffing in butter & keep a side. 

Sauce​ – 
Curry leaf – 7-8 leaves 
Butter – 1 tbsp 
Method​ – Burn butter with curry leafs.

Ravioli Method​ – Make a thin sheet of dough in pasta machine. Cut the ravioli rings stuff the fenugreek mixture & put one more sheet. Boil in water for one minute. Put in plate & then garnish with curry leaf burned butter, crushed peanut & spaghetti.

Garnish​ –
Fried Spaghetti – 2 nos 
Crushed Peanuts – 1 tsp
