Boiled Peanut Salad with Mango & Chili

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole peanuts boiled in salted water

  • 1/2 cup chopped bottle mango (Totapuri)

  • 1 Green Chili (Chopped)

  • 1 Lemon (Juiced)

  • 1/2 Tomato (Deseeded & chopped)

  • 1 Spring Onion (Finely Chopped)

  • 2 tablespoons Coriander (Finely chopped)

  • Salt
