Boiled Peanut Salad with Mango & Chili
Ingredients
1 cup whole peanuts boiled in salted water
1/2 cup chopped bottle mango (Totapuri)
1 Green Chili (Chopped)
1 Lemon (Juiced)
1/2 Tomato (Deseeded & chopped)
1 Spring Onion (Finely Chopped)
2 tablespoons Coriander (Finely chopped)
Salt
